The perfect delicious fall drink for those who aren't fans of Pumpkin Spice Lattes (or those who are!), the S'mores Latte combines the rich flavors of mocha coffee with the creaminess of caramel and marshmallows and tops it off with graham cracker crumbs!
Recipe:
To make the caramel sauce:
1/2 stick of butter 1/2 cup of sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 3 Tablespoons oatmilk or other milk Melt butter and sugar over low heat until just boiling. Add vanilla, stir. Add oatmilk 1 Tablespoon at a time, stirring to cool. Allow to cool, add to a dispenser or you can use a spoon to drizzle.
S'mores Latte:
1 cup of fresh brewed strong coffee
1 heaping Tablespoon Cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
Maple syrup to taste
1/4 cup oatmilk
Coconut Whipped Cream (or other whipped cream)
Melted chocolate chunks
1 Marshmallow Graham crackers, crushed
Melt the chocolate chunks and dip the marshmallow halfway in, set aside to cool. Whip together the coffee, Cacao, and Maple syrup until the Cacao is completely dissolved. Add the oatmilk. Top with a swirl of whipped cream. Drizzle with the remaining melted chocolate and the caramel sauce, then sprinkle with Graham cracker crumbs. As a final touch, cut a small slanted slit in the marshmallow to attach it to the side of the cup. Enjoy!
